3. Quotes, Pricing & Payments

  • Custom projects may require deposits before work begins.
  • Final delivery may be subject to full payment clearance.
  • Late payments may delay project timelines.
  • Additional work outside agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Domain registration, hosting, premium plugin licenses, taxes, and third-party service fees are not included unless expressly stated in the quotation or agreement.

4. Refund Policy

Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on the work completed and contractual obligations.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project completion, clients agree to:

  • Supply content, images, credentials, and materials on time.
  • Respond to approvals or revision requests promptly.
  • Ensure they have legal rights to submitted materials.
  • Maintain backups of important content when requested.

6. Revisions & Project Delays

Revisions are limited to the package or agreement purchased. Excessive revisions or major scope changes may require additional billing.

Delays caused by missing content, slow responses, or third-party issues may extend timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SkyAppend LLC retains rights to:

  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and code libraries
  • Unapproved concepts or draft designs
  • Portfolio display rights unless restricted by agreement

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, themes, APIs, payment gateways, or external software.

SkyAppend LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, licensing fees, or service interruptions.

9. Website Maintenance

Maintenance services are limited to the plan selected. Requests outside plan scope may require separate billing.

Emergency issues caused by third-party hosting, hacking, or unsupported modifications may require additional charges.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyAppend LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service.

11. No Guarantee of Results

We strive for professional quality outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, traffic, revenue, or business results unless expressly stated in writing.

12. Account & Credential Security

Clients are responsible for protecting login credentials for hosting, domains, CMS platforms, email systems, and related accounts.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, illegal activity, or material breach of these Terms.

Clients may cancel ongoing services according to agreed notice periods or contract terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber incidents, labor disruptions, or government actions.

16. Governing Law
